A balance for your journeys. Funding is credited to your travel balance. There is no joining or annual membership fee.
Choice across categories. Every level can request light through ultra long range aircraft, subject to the route, quote and availability.
Clear costs, each time. Review operator cost, our fee, taxes and any ground services before approving your itinerary.
The brokerage fee is the greater of the percentage or minimum shown, never both. It applies per itinerary to actual net operator air-transport cost, excluding separately stated government taxes and third-party ground services. All amounts are USD.
*Air + Road is the lowest of the approved ground-service cost, the level’s cap and 10% of our earned brokerage fee. It is funded from our fee, applies to the completed itinerary only, and has no cash or carry-forward value. Full membership and trip terms are provided before funding or booking.

What is Altitude Noire?
Altitude Noire is a funded private-travel membership with Wings & Wheels. Choose NOIRE 50, NOIRE 100 or NOIRE 250, then request individually quoted flights across suitable independent operators. Your tier determines the brokerage fee and Air + Road benefit.
Can I purchase or fund a card now?
Yes. Select a membership level and contact Wings & Wheels to arrange enrollment and payment. Your membership terms and verified payment instructions are provided directly before funding. This website does not process the payment. The physical card represents your membership; it is not a bank or payment card.
Does the card guarantee an aircraft?
No. Membership does not guarantee capacity, a particular aircraft, fixed hourly rates or upgrades. Aircraft options depend on the trip and the independent operator. Each flight requires an individual quotation and confirmation.
Who operates the flights?
WINGS AND WHEELS LLC is an air charter broker. Flights are operated by independent, authorized air carriers. The operating carrier and flight details are identified for each confirmed charter.
Can I still inquire about an individual charter?
Yes. You can plan a flight request through our existing charter inquiry process. That is separate from the Altitude Noire membership.
